Garages no more


And that's the end of the garages! After a bit of a flat start this morning - with the JCB puncturing one tyre after a few minutes' work - we're back in action.

Apart from the foundations and concrete floors, all three garages have now been demolished, bit by bit. First came the felt roof, then the roof beams were cut to ensure the entire house didn't follow when the walls were pulled down. Cellars busted and that was Tuesday!
